Critics of green building often dismiss it as a premium that has little payback. But proponents believe energy efficient investments aren’t just the right thing, they’re also the smart thing to do. Beyond utility bill savings, green building technology offers other benefits as well for multifamily building executives and developers — from attracting financiers on the front end to making the building more attractive to buyers on the back end.
