During Plastics News' inaugural Plastics Building Innovations (PBI) 2013 conference, Michelle Desiderio, vice president of Innovation Services for Home Innovation Research Labs, will discuss the changes in the housing market and the implications for the supply chain, including national certification for green building. Desiderio oversees the Home Innovation NGBS Green Certification Program, which includes national certification based on ICC 700 National Green Building Standard for all types of residential construction and development.
