Home Innovation Research Labs Earns ISO/IEC 17065 Accreditation for Fire Certification

Home Innovation Research Labs has achieved ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation to provide fire certification services for building materials and assemblies. This new accreditation expands Home Innovation’s existing portfolio of accredited testing and certification programs, further strengthening its role as a trusted partner in the evaluation of building products for safety, performance, and code compliance.
ISO/IEC 17065 is an internationally recognized standard that ensures impartiality, competence, and consistent operation of product certification bodies. Earning this accreditation signifies that Home Innovation’s certification processes meet rigorous global requirements and provide reliable, credible results for manufacturers, code officials, and consumers alike.

Manufacturers can now pursue fire certification under the same trusted certification framework Home Innovation provides for other programs, including those based on the NGBS Green and other recognized standards.
