602.1.6	Termite-resistant materials are used in portions of the building. . .	2, 4, or 6	To earn 2 points, product is used in conjunction with other termite-resistant materials for the first 2 ft of all the foundation, floor, and structural wall, wall cladding, and exterior deck components in zones with slight to moderate termite infestation. Four points are awarded when used in conjunction with other termite-resistant materials for the first 3 ft in moderate to heavy termite zones, and 6 points are awarded for use with other termite-resistant materials for all of the foundation, floor, and structural wall, wall cladding, and exterior deck components in areas of very heavy termites.
604.1	Building materials with Recycled content are used for at least 2 major or 2 minor components.	2 or 4	Points awarded for 2 products w/ recycled content. Another major product with at least 50% recycled content required for 4points. Another minor product with at least 50% recycled content required for 2 points.

610.1.2.1	A product with improved environmental impact measures compared to another product is selected.	2	Points are available when Cedarboards are chosen over other exterior cladding products based on information at www.certainteed.com/resources/FC_LCA_Report_FC057.pdf The material compared to must be one suitable for the building and the local market.

Material cost breakdown to be verified and points adjusted to reflect actual percentage of all products from 14001 facilities.
