Product Information

TimberStrand® Laminated Strand Lumber (LSL) is one of the most innovative and versatile building products available. It is used to make solutions for applications such as rim board, headers, beams, columns, wall framing, sill plates, and stair stringers.

      601.2(2) Higher-grade or higher strength of the same material than commonly specified for structual elements are used. 3 Product must be used as part of a system resulting in joist spacings at 24" OC or more or used as headers that have been designed and sized for the loads.
      602.1.6 Termite-resistant materials are used in portions of the building. . . 6 To earn 6 points, all structural elements must be termite resistant in areas of heavy termite infestation. Lesser points available for less structure in lower infestation areas.

      StrandGuard is ICC ES accepted and meets AWPA treating standards for Use Category 2. No special handling or disposal required.

      iLevel products are made from trees, a natural and renewable resource.

      iLevel manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Canada are independently certified to sustainable forestry standards as well as all Weyerhaeuser timberlands, ensuring the availability of forests for future generations.
