• Consensus Committee & Task Group Appointments – March/early-April 2014
• Meeting 1 (2 days, Washington, D.C.): Consensus Committee Orientation & Task Group Review of Proposed Changes – Spring 2014
• Task Groups Complete Review of Proposed Changes – Spring & Summer 2014
• Meeting 2 (3-4 days, Washington, D.C.): Committee Meeting to Act on Proposed Changes – Fall 2014
• Consensus Committee Ballot on Proposed Changes – Fall 2014
• Task Group Review of Point Assignments – Fall 2014-Winter 2015
• 45-day Public Comment Period – Winter 2014-2015
• Task Group Review of Public Comments – Winter-Spring 2015
• Meeting 3 (3-4 days, Washington, D.C.): Committee Meeting to address Public Comments – Spring 2015
• Committee Ballot of Actions on Public Comments – Spring-Summer 2015
• Second 45-day Public Comment Period on New Changes (concurrent) – Spring-Summer 2015
• Circulation of all Comments to Committee – Summer 2015
