The Gladstone artfully marries the concepts of health, energy efficiency, and aging in place – all key selling points for today’s discerning homebuyers. Urban NW took care to design the home with a focus on indoor health and comfort, as well as the flexibility to age gracefully without the need for a major adaptive renovation. In addition to achieving Emerald NGBS Green certification, the home also earned the newly-available NGBS Green+ WELLNESS and UNIVERSAL DESIGN badges. Additional certifications include DOE Zero Energy Ready and EPA Indoor airPLUS.

Following the virtual tour, both Jerud Martin, Urban NW’s Director of Construction & Owner, and Ashley Moala, Real Estate Broker, Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty, Vancouver, Wash., will be available for a live Q&A with attendees.
