Michael Luzier, President and CEO of Home Innovation Research Labs, will present Vivian Brooks, Executive Director of the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency, with her 2012-2013 NGBS Green Partner of Excellence Award during a meeting of the Redevelopment Agency's Board of Directors. Ms. Brooks was recognized by Home Innovation Research Labs for her support and advocacy for the ICC 700 National Green Building Standard in her area.
