Home Innovation Research Labs NGBS Green Certified Product program bridges the gap between manufacturers who produce NGBS-certified products and the builders/designers who want to use them in homes, multifamily buildings, and commercial retail spaces. Through NGBS Green Certification, manufacturers can enhance their brand value and drive sales by associating with the leading residential green building program.

Any product that contributes toward points under the NGBS is eligible for certification—from tried-and-true building materials, such as structural lumber and stone, to more emerging solutions, like smart thermostats and energy and water management systems.
